As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my mission is centered on guiding you through life's challenges, with a dedicated emphasis on effectively managing anxiety, improving interpersonal relationships, and fostering emotional authenticity. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and insight-oriented, helping you understand how your past experiences and relationships are still shaping your present. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck—carrying anxiety, relationship stress, attachment patterns, prenatal/post natal stress and anxiety, or family-of-origin issues.
